All mares are either producers, race-winners, from highly-commercial families or a combination of the three!

Ross Pike will be breaking-in this select draft of quality yearlings, and will present them for inspection/sale at his property, DESTINY DOWNS, in Shepparton, Victoria, throughout January. 

This is the perfect way to eliminate the major risks involved with purchasing yearlings from sales - eg knee-knockers, poor-gaited, bad attitude/manners, wobblers and breathing problems etc. Owners and trainers - organise a day which suits you to inspect the yearlings and see them being put through their pacesThis concept is NOT a speed trial - all emphasis has been placed on manners and gait. So, swap your stopwatch for good judgement of horseflesh, and make the trip to Destiny Downs to find your next good horse.

Anyone who agrees that the asking price is good value can purchase their selection on that day! If someone values their selection at less than the asking price, but is still interested, they are invited to register their offer for that horse, and then wait until January 31. If that yearling has not been sold for the asking price by that date, then those people with registered offers will be contacted in order of price (highest-to-lowest) to hopefully make a sale.

NOTE: The later you book your inspection day, the greater the chance that your yearling selection will have been sold...first-in, best-dressed...so start planning now!
